The following issues have been discovered during the current Tournament Derby Special.

1) Issue where players cannot acquire additional participation chances despite viewing ads
2) Issue where participation chances purchased with Gems cannot be acquired properly

Please note that participation chances cannot be replenished until the errors have been fixed. We hope you understand and we will inform you through a separate notice after the issue has been resolved.

We will do our best to improve the game in order to provide a fun and reliable gaming experience in the future.
