When the benefits of the Ad Free Pass were strengthened in the v4.12.0 update,
an error occurred where users who purchased the pass before the update did not receive the existing benefits.

In order to correct this error, sales of the newly added Ad Free Pass (hereinafter, “New” Ad Free Pass) have been temporarily stopped,
and the previously sold Ad Free Pass (hereinafter, “Old” Ad Free Pass) will replace it.

Accordingly, we will explain how to respond to each of the following three cases.

1. Users who purchased “Old” Ad Free Pass
: Currently available through error correction
2. Users who purchased “New” Ad Free Pass
: “Old” Ad Free Pass benefits available
: Benefits not covered by the “Old” Ad Free Pass will be given in bulk through the mailbox.
3. Users who purchased both products
: “Old” Ad Free Pass benefits available
: Full refund of payment for “New” Ad Free Pass
