The training wheels are coming off.

As you know, the current World Points ranking season was based only on the amount of points you acquired (trophy losses didn't count).
However, starting from the next one, poins will increase/deduct based on your match results.

Starting next season, 1vs1 Match wins will award twice the world points as you gain trophies.
Losses will deduct the same amount of points as you lose trophies.

In other words, if you win and gain 10 trophies, you'll get 20 world points.
If you lose 8 trophies, you will lose 8 world points.
