To all players who are not able to update their game to v1.19.0 through Google Play,
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your patience and offer our sincerest apologies regarding the frustrations it has caused.

To keep you informed, here are the latest developments and details regarding the update delay that has occurred since August 28th.

* Update preparations were finalized on August 28th and v1.19.0 was subsequently registered on Google Play.
Once registered, it usually does not take long before the app is updated and made available to users.
However, as changes have been made to Google Play policies recently, there have been cases where app updates are severely delayed.
As you already know, Homerun Clash has been experiencing the same problem and the latest update is still not available at this time.

* We have continuously inquired Google regarding this matter throughout the delay and have been gathering information on similar cases for other games.
Based on the information, we plan on implementing additional measures which we believe will help resolve the issue faster.

* We sincerely hope that the game is made available again soon so that players can continue to enjoy Homerun Clash as usual.
As a show of appreciation for the infinite patience and understanding that players have shown us,
please know that we are also carefully contemplating how best to compensate players for their troubles.

Once again, we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and sense of disappointment that you have experienced as a result of this ordeal.
